I have been 26 for almost a week and I honestly cannot believe it! Where is time going? Yes, I guess me saying that officially makes me an ‘old’ person! But seriously?! Anyhoo, while I am 26 there are some things that I would love to achieve and I figure sharing them with all of you will keep me motivated! So here it goes; all of the things that I would like to achieve before my next birthday.
I’m not saying that no junk food will pass my lips but I would certainly like to eat better and exercise more. Both of which I am already doing but I would definitely like to keep it up and even improve.
I get really anxious in social situations and I really don’t feel comfortable around new people so I am going to try and change that. I mean I am not going to try and be a social butterfly but a few small steps here and there will make a huge difference.
Change it Up
I want to try and be more adventurous with my makeup. I have such beautiful makeup and yet I always stick to the same thing. I need to stop worrying about others and just go for it. I can honestly create so many more looks! I also need to start putting more effort into doing my hair.
I need to start cooking more and also planning my breakfast and lunch meals a bit more. I received Niomi Smart’s recipe book, Eat Smart, for my birthday and there are LOADS of things in there that I would love to try so I cannot wait to get started on that. I just need to find a free moment!
I would definitely like to do some travelling. Now, I do have plans for this but I would like to go above and beyond those plans as well! I cannot just stay in one place – I need to do things and see things, and meet people!
