For today’s post I thought that I would do something a little bit different. I am going to share the breakfast that I have been loving lately! Every day for the past few weeks I have been having the same thing for breakfast because it is so quick to make and so delicious! It literally takes less than 5 minutes to make and is really healthy.
I started off having plain banana smoothies and they were delicious but then we bought strawberries and I knew that I had to add some of those in as well. It is a pretty simple process but I am going to take you through it anyway because otherwise I would not have much of a post 😉
10 tablespoons plain yoghurt
I wish that I could give you this really detailed and well written method but the truth is that it is such a simple process.
- Put the yoghurt in the blender.
- Break the bananas up and put them in.
- Chop the strawberries in half and add them on top.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until blended fully.
That’s about it. It really does not take long at all! This makes quite a lot and I drink this over two days but of course it depends on how much you want or if you are planning on making for more than one or two people.
I always pour mine into one of my favourite glass mugs and either leave it to get a bit cooler in the fridge or I drink it right away. You can also obviously add different fruit into it, I just like this combination.
