Quick and Easy Muesli

Muesli2-min

I have been trying to eat a bit better so I am always looking to try new things. I always have breakfast in the morning and this muesli is perfect for it. This batch lasts me about a week but that also depends on how much or how little you eat. The other great thing about this recipe is that I can make a whole batch and just eat from it when I am ready. Here is everything that you will need:

Quick and Easy Muesli. This recipe is both healthy and delicious. It makes a reasonably big batch so you will have breakfast ready for quite a few days at least.

Ingredients-min

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup puffed brown rice

1 cup mixed nuts (chopped)

1 cup dried mixed berries

½ cup sunflower seeds

You can add any other bits to the muesli if you like but these are just the ingredients that I enjoy having.

Method

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add milk.
  3. Store the remainder of the muesli into an airtight container.

That’s it! It is so quick and easy to make and it is really delicious. Plus, making it myself I feel like it’s a bit healthier than buying it in the shops. I normally have mine with Soy milk however you can use any milk. Also, the fact that it’s all ready for me in the morning means that breakfast literally takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. So there is really never any excuse to skip breakfast.

What do you normally have for breakfast? Do you think that you might try this? Let me know in the comments below!
