Last night I had my work staff function and, as it is Christmas, I decided to do my makeup a little bit differently. Now it might not actually look much different to how I normally do it but I promise that it was! Here is how I achieved my makeup look.
I started with the Essence …All I Need Concealer Palette that I bought recently. I love that there are so many different types in this palette for different things. For some reason though it just didn’t work as well as it usually does so you could still see my blemishes. I think it’s because it was so hot!
For my face I used the NYX Stay Matte but Not Flat in Creamy Natural which is my new foundation. I love it so much that it made it into my November Favourites. I use the Essence All About Matt Fixing Compact Powder which I love to just set my foundation and keep it on all day.
Seeing as it is Christmas time I just had to use my Essence X-Mas Factory Eyeshadow palette. The colours are absolutely gorgeous and are quite pigmented! You will see a bit more about this in an up-coming Blogmas post as well! The mascara that I used was the Rimmel London Extra 3D Lash Mascara. I have 3 mascaras that I alternate between and I spoke about this in my everyday makeup look post.
The Essence Nauti Girl blush is what I have been wearing every day lately and I love it! I also spoke about it in my November Favourites. On my lips I used the Accessorize Lip Tint and Balm in the colour All Glam. The colour lasted all night, even with eating and drinking. When I got home you could still see a colour stain on my lips, even though it was a bit rubbed off so I would definitely recommend it!
This is the final look! I know that I am not a makeup guru and I still have a long way to go but I am happy with how this makeup look turned out. Also, this is my blonde hair on my blog debut!
