My August Favourites (2016)

August has been an extremely busy month for me. I had a lot going on at work and I also launched this blog! While it has been busy it has also been a very exciting time. During August I tried a lot of new things and I also found a new found love for some of my older products. I thought I would share with you some of my August Favourites.

Almond milk

I tried Almond milk for the first time this month and I fell in love. It is so good and it makes me feel so much healthier which is a good feeling as well. I have tried two different kinds but I think that I will keep drinking this one from Dis-Chem.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Makeup Remover & Cleanser

I found that my makeup wasn’t all coming off when I washed my face so I went in search of a good makeup remover. I heard about this one and have not been disappointed. It works so well and the bottle is so pretty as well. I am not sure that it contains 200 uses but it is definitely worth it nonetheless.

Baby Things Tom and Jerry Baby Wipes

I am a teacher and I also hate having dirty hands so these are always in my bag, teacher basket and in my drawer at work. How cute is the Tom and Jerry packaging?! And they were such a bargain – I got 5 packets in the pack. They smell amazing which is a bonus and they don’t leave your hands feeling sticky which is great!

Woolworths Mini Fruit Pastilles

When one of the children in my class brought these to school and asked if I wanted some I said yes. Then because they were so delicious I needed to go and buy my own. They are absolutely amazing and are so worth the price. They also come in a huge tub for R104. Should I buy that one?! Help me out here haha!

Rimmel London 3D Lash Mascara

I am using this mascara so much at the moment because I am loving the way it lengthens and separates my lashes and makes my eyes look more open. I spoke a bit more about it over on my post about my everyday work makeup.

What makes it into your August favourites? Let me know in the comments!

Love,
