I love reading. There is nothing better than curling up with a good book and a cup of tea on a rainy day. Lately, however, I have become quite lazy with regards to reading because life has got in the way and I have used that as an excuse not to read.
I have written a post before about my monthly to be read pile and I never quite got around to reading all of the books. This month I vow to change that and actually read all of the books I want to. I have chosen 4 books that I have had in my bookcase for a while but have never read. The books I have chosen are:
1. What’s Love Got To Do With It? by Lucy Broadbent
This is about a British nanny who goes to LA in search of a rich husband – This story sounds like it has the potential to be really good or really bad so I look forward to finding out which one it is.
2. The Understudy by David Nicholls
This is all about an understudy who falls in love with the wife of the man he is an understudy for. I don’t know how much I will enjoy this book but it does sound like it has potential so I’ll give it a try.
3. Just Flirt by Laura Bowers
This book appears to be exactly as the name suggests. As it is aimed at teens I picked this because I figured it would be a pretty easy read so I am not expecting this to be at all taxing. I am looking forward to it though.
4. Something from Tiffany’s by Melissa Hill
“because every girl deserves something from Tiffany’s” – um, yes! That alone made me want to read this book. It does sound good though as it combines two of my favourite things – Tiffany’s and romance. So excited to read this one!
So there are my 4 books for this month. Hopefully in September I will be able to do another post like this after having successfully completing this challenge I have set for myself.
You can buy any of these 4 books from here if you would like to read them as well:

I’ve actually finished the first one and it was so enjoyable! I am actually not a member of that!
It is fin to see what other people have in their To Be Read piles. I have been reading some middle grade/young adult books lately and there are some pretty good ones out there. Have you read any good ones lately?
